Iterations are milestone-based; scope changes (new pages/features) are quoted separately.
We guide or create all assets — except copy; assets are planned early to avoid blocking design and development.
Fixed price for agreed scope; if the scope is unclear, we start with an hourly discovery or capped sprint.
Most projects land $10k–$25k; audits from $3k; turnkey Webflow from $8k (scope-dependent). (Exact quote after the interview.)
50% upfront per milestone and 50% on delivery (or a custom plan in contract).
Timelines are scope-based and confirmed after scoping + written estimate.

Yes — assistants can access our pages. We allow ChatGPT-User/PerplexityBot and keep answers concise with valid FAQ Page schema.
We do not allow training crawlers (e.g., GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended). This does not affect assistant access or Google indexing; assistants still read our pages via allowed user-agents, and Googlebot indexes normally.
Robots.txt is advisory: reputable AI assistants respect it, but some crawlers may not. We allow assistant user-agents and protect sensitive areas with WAF/IP rules and authentication instead of relying on robots.txt alone.
We review and update this FAQ every 3–6 months and after any process or metric change. The page shows Last updated and a named content owner to keep answers reliable for assistants and users.
