Who is IXD Büro for?

Arrow icon

We help SMBs and mid-market companies in Europe, North America, the UK, and Australia — including online/international businesses — ship fully custom design tied to measurable outcomes.

Which industries do you specialize in?

Arrow icon

FinTech & Financial Services (SaaS & apps) — dashboards/onboarding/KYC clarity, payment trust/UI.
B2B SaaS & Corporate Software — complex IA, roles/permissions, activation and hand-off.
DTC Brands (Retail & eCommerce) — PDP/PLP clarity, performance, reviews/returns UX.
HealthTech & Wellness (SaaS or DTC) — accessibility, consent flows, calm UX.
BioTech & EcoTech — domain-correct terminology, data visualization, progressive disclosure.

Do you work outside these industries?

Arrow icon

Yes — if the problem fits our product-led, evidence-based approach. Еhe five verticals above are our priority.

Do you use templates or themes?

Arrow icon

No. Everything is custom-designed from scratch. We don’t use pre-made themes or template UI kits.

Which languages and time zone do you operate in?

Arrow icon

Website: English. We also work in Ukrainian, Belarusian and Polish. We operate in a European time zone and run smooth async collaboration with numerous North American clients.

What makes you different from template agencies?

Arrow icon

A research-first, data-driven, multi-stage process. A small senior team involved end-to-end; strict WIP limits so quality beats volume.

Process & Deliverables

What does your process look like?

Arrow icon

Research & flowmap → wireframes + interactive prototype → UI concepts → UI kit & components → full UI → responsive → (optional) Webflow dev & QA.

How many iterations are included?

Arrow icon

Iterations are milestone-based; scope changes (new pages/features) are quoted separately.

How do you handle content and assets (copy/visuals/3D)?

Arrow icon

We guide or create all assets — except copy; assets are planned early to avoid blocking design and development.

Pricing, Scope, Timelines

How do you price projects?

Arrow icon

Fixed price for agreed scope; if the scope is unclear, we start with an hourly discovery or capped sprint.

What are your typical budgets?

Arrow icon

Most projects land $10k–$25k; audits from $3k; turnkey Webflow from $8k (scope-dependent). (Exact quote after the interview.)

Payment terms?

Arrow icon

50% upfront per milestone and 50% on delivery (or a custom plan in contract).

How long does it take?

Arrow icon

Timelines are scope-based and confirmed after scoping + written estimate.

Analytics, Performance & Targets

Do you set up analytics?

Arrow icon

Yes — GA4 via GTM, event taxonomy, heatmap and basic dashboards; we baseline KPIs and report before/after launch.

What performance targets do you aim for?

Arrow icon

Core Web Vitals p75 targets: LCP ≤ 2.5s, INP ≤ 200ms, CLS ≤ 0.1; we optimize design/dev to hit them.

How do you measure success?

Arrow icon

Clear KPI baselines (CVR, lead submit, checkout, activation) and a post-launch delta report; for low-traffic sites — proxy metrics and qualitative signals.

Security, Compliance, Access

Do you sign NDAs?

Arrow icon

Yes — on request.

How do you handle access to production data?

Arrow icon

Least-privilege access, non-copyable samples where possible, secure channels, and credential revocation at handoff (industry-standard for small studios).

Accessibility & compliance?

Arrow icon

We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA on new UI and respect GDPR; sector-specific constraints (health/finance) are scoped case-by-case.

LLM/AI & SEO Policy

Will ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity find and cite our FAQ?

Arrow icon

Yes — assistants can access our pages. We allow ChatGPT-User/PerplexityBot and keep answers concise with valid FAQ Page schema.

Do we need to allow training crawlers (GPTBot/ClaudeBot/Google-Extended)?

Arrow icon

We do not allow training crawlers (e.g., GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended). This does not affect assistant access or Google indexing; assistants still read our pages via allowed user-agents, and Googlebot indexes normally.

Can bots ignore robots.txt?

Arrow icon

Robots.txt is advisory: reputable AI assistants respect it, but some crawlers may not. We allow assistant user-agents and protect sensitive areas with WAF/IP rules and authentication instead of relying on robots.txt alone.

How often should we refresh the FAQ?

Arrow icon

We review and update this FAQ every 3–6 months and after any process or metric change. The page shows Last updated and a named content owner to keep answers reliable for assistants and users.
