When Louis approached us to develop AdTeam, he already had a rough vision of how he wanted the product to function and look. He came to us with bold sketches and screenshots — early glimpses of what was on his mind.
We held several deep-dive sessions to immerse ourselves in his ideas, study his sketches, and understand his vision. From there, we began focusing on the most important part — shaping the core concept behind the interface.
Once we fully grasped Louis’s vision, it became clear to us: this was going to be a truly ambitious product — one with the potential to become a real game-changer in the advertising industry. We hadn’t seen thinking on this scale in a long time… and it was inspiring.
Naturally, we knew we needed to study successful, well-loved products already on the market. So we dove into exploring UI approaches in platforms like Notion, Coda, Dovetail, Basecamp, and many others — all while searching for the right visual language to shape the interface of AdTeam.

After our research and discussions with the client, we moved on to designing the interface. We started with quick sketches and wireframes — essential tools that helped us visualize the future structure and core functionalities of the UI.

Here’s what our first sketches looked like… Of course, they’re nothing compared to what the final product became — but that’s the beauty of the beginning :)
